樂天星野仙一球團副會長再次表明想爭取自由球員陽岱鋼，也打算要總教練梨田昌孝出馬。
梨田2008年起開始擔任火腿隊總教練，陽岱鋼也是在2010年開始站穩先發，兩人也有一起共事時期。
星野說：「梨田不出馬不行，從電話聽出來也不知道自己想要或不想要，跟對方接觸狀況如何？搞得我好像總教練一樣。」
對於樂天編成最高統帥，星野仙一來說，爭取陽岱鋼一定會演變成長期抗戰，所以希望梨田昌孝主動出擊。
「我們會以能出的最大條件去爭取。」星野說。
不過樂天跟岸孝之已簽下4年總額16億的大合約，對陽岱鋼可能會提出3-4年的10億元以上日幣大合約。
歐力士隊是檯面上最大的對手，既然糸井已經走人，就可以把這筆錢轉投資在陽岱鋼身上。
不過「鬥將」星野仙一就是霸氣，「到了12月的話，需要會面的時候，我會直接出馬。」
